We will check the availability of our team and assist you with planning your photoshoot. After we have planned your photoshoot itinerary we can confirm the booking. To confirm the booking, we request a reservation fee that can be paid online. After receiving the reservation fee of the photoshoot, we put you in touch with the photographer where you can plan and schedule your shoot more. The remaining amount can be paid to the photographer in their preferred way (cash / bank transfer)

You might have noticed that our website only states a "starting price" and not a flat fee for each photoshoot package. This is due to the fact that we collaborate with different photographers in our destinations. Prices might vary per photographer. Prices can also vary depending on the chosen photoshoot locations and whether transportation or entrance fees to the sites are required. We try to make our photoshoots as personalised as possible and include additional services on request such as MUA, Hairstylists, Dress Rental, transportation, tour guides, photoshoot props, etc.

Photos are edited by adjusting light and balancing colours and basic beauty retouching in Lightroom. High Quality Beauty retouching and body / dress modifications via Photoshop are not included but can be requested for an additional fee.

Please keep in mind that your photos can be used for promotional and marketing purposes via social media and this website. However, if you let us know you prefer not to have the photos shared online, we do respect your choice.

The copyright of the images remains with the photographer at all times. You can use the photos of your photoshoot for your own channels. It is not allowed to publish the photographers work via third party sites and printed publications without their permission. You have a perpetual, non-exclusive licence to use the photos for personal use only. Under no circumstances may you use the images from your photo shoot for commercial use, profit, or photographic competition.

Once a shoot is confirmed by both parties and dates, call times, and fees are agreed upon, the client will be asked to pay a non-refundable reservation fee to secure your photoshoot spot and confirm the booking.

A cancellation fee will apply at the rate of 50% of the shoot quote if the shoot is canceled within 48 hours of the pre-agreed shoot date. A cancellation fee of 100% of the shoot quote will apply if the shoot is canceled within a 24-hour period from the agreed-upon shoot date. No cancellation fee will apply if the shoot is rescheduled to a later date.

Despite our photographers being required to meet certain requirements, they are engaged as third party independent contractors, not as employees. Accordingly, we will not be responsible for any of their acts or omissions, nor will we be vicariously liable for them in anyway.

Whilst we have a qualification process, we unfortunately cannot guarantee the performance of each of our third party photographers. So if you have a bad experience or are not completely satisfied with your photographs you must let us know as soon as possible (and in any event within 14 days after your photoshoot).

Where we consider it reasonable to do so, we will arrange for an album review to be undertaken and will use reasonable endeavours to liaise with you and the photographer to agree an appropriate resolution (including any possible refund which shall be at our sole discretion). Please note that we cannot guarantee that our third party photographers will retain the raw files from a photoshoot.
